Prapokklao Hospital (Chanthaburi) is a 1,000 beds hospital which is responsible for people in Chanthaburi, Trat, Sa Kaeo and Rayong Province. However, one of the pain points here is the service for cancer patients and more than 60% or thousands of these patients require radiotherapy. In the Eastern region, only Chonburi Cancer Hospital can provide services. For this reason, Prapokklao Hospital is determined to upgrade to the Excellent Cancer Center in order to provide complete services and reduce the difficulty of accessing the service. It also helps to reduce congestion from Chonburi Cancer Hospital.
